I'm Grown Now

My name is Tiffany Ellis and I am the eldest of three children born to William B. Jr. and Olla Ellis.  My siblings, William and Taylor, and I were raised in Southern California and currently reside in the city of San Bernardino.  I attended then later graduated from Bloomington High School in 2005. I continued my education at California State University Polytechnic Pomona but after a period of three quarters at CSU Pomona, I changed my career path and consequently my major.  Shortly after that decision, I transferred to San Bernardino Valley College where I earned an A.A. in Computer Information Technology & Liberal Arts during the Summer semester of 2011.  My educational plans for the future are yet to be determined but–God-willing–I intend to pursue a career in the Business Administration field.

My family and I first came to Rialto Christian Center–my current church home–in 2006.  Shortly after joining, I experienced a visit from the Holy Spirit–something that had never happened before–and I knew instantly that the Lord himself had led me to be a sheep in the flock (shepherded by Pastors Darryl, Sr. and Rita Udell) .  I’ve maintained an active membership in the congregation as I sing on the Praise Team, assist with secretarial and clerical duties, maintain the church website and Facebook account, and function in a leadership role Young Adult Ministry.

While I posses no ministerial license or experience preaching to a congregation, I understand that when the Lord places a message on your heart and instructs you to share that message you better do just that!  I draws strength and  inspiration to speak from several sources including, of course–and always first–the Holy Spirit.  Another source of motivation stems from a determination to serve as an example to the youth and young adults of this and future generations.  As a young woman in an evil world, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to resist worldly temptations after making the decision to give your heart, and subsequently your life, to the Lord.  I pray that my lifestyle and messages will inspire other young people to fully follow, trust and obey God.
